Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in managing IT projects, especially in sofware development area
• 2+ years of experience in software development, business analysis, software design, and/or QA.
• Very organised and very good in planning, managing
• Very good understanding of high-level architectural design, especially for mobile solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all technical management and levels
• Experience of leading multi-disciplined teams and the ability to drive effective project teams
• Demonstrable presentation skills
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, project management, business analysis, testing and deployment
• Very strong documentation and system design skills
• Understanding of server-side Technologies
• Experience working in an agile environment, or an appreciation of an agile mindset
• A basic understanding of project management is desired. An understanding of product management is a plus
• Excellent command of English language.

Responsibilities

• "Identify all impacted stakeholders and enables collaboration between them to understand the big picture and define requirements/needs and influence "decisions",
• "Adjust the project scope with project managers to deliver high value solutions with great efficiency to ensure that the stream of work for the team remain up-to-date",
• "Making practical recommendations to simple business issues and communicate them in a clear way",
• "Understand problems enough to determine cause and provide appropriate solutions",
• "Measure and evaluate solutions for value and opportunities",
• "Create story maps, scenarios and flows to capture the rich picture of either a group of stories that make up the minimum viable product (MVP), or a "group of stories that make up a particular software release",
• "Deliver high-level architectural designs including system diagrams, data flows, and database structures for mobile, desktop and web applications",
• "Work with the design team to create a solution that meets the business, technical and user needs",
• "Bridge the gap between sales, project management & product development",
• "Review the technical architecture of the solution throughout the product/software development life cycle, working close with the dev and QA teams.",
• "Ensure that a story has been completed to satisfaction, and to the defined business value, by testing the story according to the acceptance criteria "throughout the story implementation"
